Alpha Pet Resort requires deposits during peak times. You will be asked for a 10% deposit at the time of reservation.
A deposit will also be required of all new customers at the time of reservation.
If a reservation must be cancelled, please do so up to 24 hours before arrival. The deposit will be returned if cancellation is made 24 hours before arrival.
